Structural Correction

Well-documented, evidence-informed structural correction protocols.

More Than Just Adjustments

Structural Correction is an evidence-informed, measurement-based approach designed to improve spinal alignment toward established biomechanical reference values. It draws on physiology, physics, geometry, and anatomy to identify the structural factors that may be contributing to your pain, discomfort, or loss of mobility.

Where methods aimed only at immediate pain relief address the symptom, Structural Correction also targets the structural findings that may be driving it. What we can tell you honestly is this: we measure your alignment before we begin, we reassess it during care, and we show you what actually changed — including when it changes less than we hoped.

Why Choose a Structural Correction Doctor?

Dr. Bury has undergone extensive postgraduate training in spinal biomechanics and structural correction. We don't guess with your health. We measure, analyze, and correct based on objective data.

Advanced Technology

We utilize state-of-the-art equipment designed specifically for structural correction. These aren't just tables; they are precision instruments for spinal remodeling.

The "Robo Table"

Our decompression table applies computer-controlled traction along a specific spinal segment. The intent is to modify how that segment is loaded and to temporarily reduce mechanical stress on the disc and surrounding tissues, in selected patients where it is clinically appropriate. We do not claim it pulls herniated material back into the disc, and it is not a substitute for a proper examination establishing whether you are a candidate.

  • Precise, computer-controlled tension
  • Targets specific spinal levels

Cervical Traction

A reduced cervical curve (loss of cervical lordosis) is commonly associated with neck pain and headaches. Our cervical traction units apply sustained, gentle load to the tissues at the front of the spine, with the goal of improving that curve toward normal values.

  • Designed to improve cervical lordosis
  • Progress confirmed by follow-up measurement

Lumbar & Thoracic Traction

Just like the neck, the mid and lower back require specific curves for optimal function. We use specialized traction setups to correct scoliosis, hyper-kyphosis (hunchback), and loss of lumbar curve.

  • Corrects postural deformities
  • Improves core stability
