Our Process

Why We Measure

You cannot correct what you cannot measure. Every decision we make is based on objective data, not guesswork.

The Problem with Traditional Chiropractic

Many traditional approaches rely on subjective assessments: "Does this hurt?" "How do you feel?" "Rate your pain 1-10." While these questions have their place, they cannot tell you whether your spine is actually improving structurally." While these questions have their place, they cannot tell you whether your spine is actually improving structurally.

At Optimus Spine & Posture, we believe that if you cannot measure it, you cannot manage it. That's why every patient receives a comprehensive structural analysis before any correction begins.

What We Measure

Structural X-Rays

Full-spine X-rays allow us to see the exact position of every vertebra. We measure angles, curves, and alignment against the biomechanical reference model of the spine. This gives us a precise blueprint for correction.

Stress Films

Stress films show us how your spine moves under load. They reveal ligament damage, instability, and areas of abnormal motion that standard X-rays cannot detect. This is critical for understanding the full picture.

PostureScreen Analysis

Advanced posture analysis software measures your postural deviations in millimeters. We track head position, shoulder level, hip alignment, and overall balance. This creates a visual baseline for tracking progress.

Functional Assessments

Range of motion testing, neurological assessments, and functional movement screens give us objective data on how your structural shifts are affecting your body's ability to function.

Why This Matters to You

1.

You Know Exactly Where You Stand

No guessing. No vague explanations. You see your X-rays, your measurements, and your structural deviations in black and white.

2.

You Can Track Progress Objectively

We re-measure at regular intervals. You can see your spine changing on X-ray, not just "feel better" subjectively.

3.

Your Care Plan Is Specific to You

Because we measure your exact structural deviations, your correction plan is tailored precisely to your spine. No cookie-cutter adjustments.

4.

Accountability Goes Both Ways

We hold ourselves accountable to measurable outcomes. If your spine isn't improving on X-ray, we change the approach.
